This Sacramento Junior League Show House was designed for the owners, an active family of six. Thanks to the support of manufacturers, local suppliers and artisans, this laundry is decked out with all of the latest and greatest appliances and storage. The tassels indicate hidden treasures within the space. Cubbies for everyone...by the garage door. Equipped with coat hooks, outlets for cell phone and other electronic recharging, drawers for keys and other small items. An upright freezer is hidden from view behind a faux double door.
A whirlpool sink will wash your delicates by hand, almost automatically, and a dry clean refresher (unfortunately, this unit is no longer available) support the hard working front loading laundry. Supporting hobbies, crafts and sewing, the counter and storage to the right has a place for everything.
Gift storage and wrapping center has everything organized and close at hand for a quick wrap. The laundry chute from the second floor dumps into the tall double-doored cabinet at the rear of this picture. Laundry baskets behind the second door provide a place to stage the laundry, keeping the room clear from laundry piles, even on the largest of all laundry days.
